Stoltenbergas: NATO reiškia „rimtą susirūpinimą“ dėl rinkimų Baltarusijoje

NATO generalinis sekretorius Jensas Stoltenbergas pirmadienį Aljanso vardu išreiškė susirūpinimą dėl savaitgalį Baltarusijoje įvykusių prezidento rinkimų, po kurių įsiplieskė opoziciją palaikančių protestuotojų ir saugumo pajėgų susirėmimai.

„NATO sąjungininkai reiškia rimtą susirūpinimą dėl Baltarusijos prezidento rinkimų. NATO smerkia smurtą prieš taikius demonstrantus“, – nurodoma organizacijos išplatintame pareiškime.

„Būtina gerbti pagrindines teises, įskaitant žodžio laisvę ir teisę į taikų protestą“, – pabrėžė J. Stoltenbergas.

APA: Austrijos prezidentas po rinkimų Baltarusijoje nesveikins A. Lukašenkos

Austrijos prezidentas Alexanderis Van der Bellenas neketina po rinkimų siųsti sveikinimo telegramos Baltarusijos vadovui Aleksandrui Lukašenkai. Tai pirmadienį pranešė Austrijos naujienų agentūra APA, remdamasi prezidento kanceliarija.

‘A. Lukašenka, kuris tik (2019 metų) lapkritį buvo priimtas Vienoje su vizitu, negaus federalinio prezidento A. Van der Belleno sveikinimo laiško“, – sakoma pranešime.

Pirmadienį Austrijos URM pareiškė, kad šalis smerkia smurtą po Baltarusijos prezidento rinkimų, kurie neatitiko tarptautinių standartų ir rekomendacijų. Viena taip pat paragino Baltarusijos valdžią tučtuojau paleisti visus aktyvistus, žmogaus teisių gynėjus ir žurnalistus, sulaikytus dėl politinių priežasčių.

Londonas, Paryžius ragina Baltarusiją elgtis nuosaikiai

Jungtinė Karalystė ir Prancūzija pirmadienį paragino Baltarusijos vyriausybę elgtis nuosaikiai, saugumo pajėgoms išvaikius demonstrantus, išėjusius į gatves protestuoti dėl ginčijamų prezidento rinkimų rezultatų.

„JK ragina Baltarusijos vyriausybę susilaikyti nuo tolesnių smurtinių
veiksmų po rimtų trūkumų turinčių prezidento rinkimų“, – pareiškė
Jamesas Duddridge’as iš Užsienio reikalų ministerijos.

Prancūzija savo ruožtu taip pat paragino Baltarusiją laikytis „kuo didesnio nuosaikumo“.

„Susirūpinę stebime smurtą prieš Baltarusijos piliečius, kurie
surengė demonstracijų užsidarius rinkimų apylinkėms, ir raginame
laikytis kuo didesnio nuosaikumo“, – sakoma Prancūzijos URM pranešime.

Vašingtonas ragina Baltarusijos valdžią nenaudoti jėgos prieš demonstrantus

Baltarusijos valdžiai derėtų susilaikyti nuo jėgos panaudojimo prieš protesto akcijų dalyvius ir gerbti susirinkimų laisvę, pirmadienį pareiškė Baltųjų rūmų atstovė Kayleigh McEnany (Keili Makenani).

„Raginame valdžią nepažeidinėti susirinkimų laisvės principo ir susilaikyti nuo jėgos panaudojimo“, – pareiškė ji per spaudos konferenciją.

K. McEnany pažymėjo, kad Baltieji rūmai stebi, kaip Baltarusijoje vystosi įvykiai, ir yra dėl to „giliai susirūpinę“.

Anksčiau visa virtinė Europos šalių taip pat paragino Minską susilaikyti nuo smurto prieš protestuotojus.
