The resolution prepared by the Ministry also proposes to allow individual sports training also indoors, if all requirements are met: the flow of athletes is restricted, safety, hygiene is guaranteed and the necessary personal protective equipment is provided for employees and visitors.

“In the event that a trading venue cannot meet the established requirements, trading will not be possible there,” states the document prepared by SAM.

If the government approves this resolution, indoor services of more than 20 minutes would also be allowed.

“Also allow the provision of services performed outdoors, since the risk of spreading the virus in the field is extremely low, subject to additional safety and hygiene requirements, such as dog training services, outdoor photography, horseback riding, small group orientation games, etc. ” , – the order states.

The draft resolution proposes to establish an obligation for institutions belonging to the Lithuanian national health system to process all patient data related to personal health care services provided only through the Electronic Infrastructure Information System of Health Services and Cooperation.
