There are two options: vaccination or tests. For pregnant women, the test would be free and a family doctor would help obtain a passport for the opportunities.

So far, the minister said that he could get a passport of opportunity without being vaccinated for health reasons. However, there is a tendency to legitimize a justifiable reason not to vaccinate.
“At the moment, there is probably only one thing: sensitivity to the constituent material of the drug or additional substances,” revealed J. Aleksaitė.
If a person is allergic to any of the substances in the vaccine, they will be able to obtain a passport for the options, but first they will need to consult a family doctor.
“On a preliminary basis, we believe that a patient who is hypersensitive to a substance or who has an allergy to a previous vaccine should refer him to a family doctor, who will refer him to an allergist and an allergist who has tested a particular vaccine. or diagnosed from historical data, registers a person who cannot be vaccinated with that specific vaccine, and then the person has the right not to be vaccinated and to carry out the test for free ”, explained J. Aleksaitė
The ministry does not intend to give people with other illnesses the opportunity to obtain a passport of opportunity and free tests. According to her, doctors recommend vaccination for people with chronic diseases or weaker immunity. However, the opposition has criticized the requirement for an opposition passport to go to coffee shops, hairdressers, public transport and other public services.
“I am afraid that older people who live in areas that do not have access to the Registration Center or that do not use Swedbank simply will not be able to take a bus and buy food for the district center. It is obvious that those restrictions are reckless, not proportionate.” said Seimas member Agnė Širinskienė.
According to her, a group of parliamentarians is considering appealing to the Constitutional Court. “Ensuring that everything here is legal, and if it can be in a democratic society, it would really make sense,” said the Seimas member.
The Health Ministry, which will be entitled to free tests and to obtain a passport for opportunities without vaccination, plans to present it early next week.
