“The short-term priority is to ensure that initial and continuous vocational training runs as smoothly as possible by organizing the educational process remotely. Also to solve the problem of organizing internships in companies, employers they avoid external contacts, ”says Deputy Minister A. Kudarauskienė.
The deputy minister highlights the necessary measures to form a culture conducive to professional training and continuous improvement, such as the career planning system throughout life, the fulfillment of professional training with the requirements of the labor market, strengthening of the body of professors of professional formation and the improvement of the efficiency of the learning.
Dr. Agnė Kudarauskienė has recently been an educational expert responsible for improving vocational training at the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists, as well as an innovation expert at the Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology, a researcher at the Department of Pedagogy at Klaipėda University .
A. Kudarauskienė is a graduate of Vytautas Magnus University, who has obtained the degrees of Doctor of Education, Master of Educational Management and Bachelor of Philosophy from this University. Internship at Beijing Capital Normal University in China.
He has worked at the King Mindaugas Vocational Training Center, Vytautas Magnus University, the Center for Skills Development and Vocational Training, and the Lithuanian Engineering Industry Association. A. Kudarauskienė was also elected a member of the Council for Non-Formal Adult Education of the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports, the Council of the Center for Assessment of the Quality of Studies.
The work of the Minister of Education, Science and Sports dr. Deputy Minister Gintautas Jakštas, responsible for the field of studies and science, and the Chancellor of the Ministry, Julius Lukošius, have already joined Jurgita Šiugždinienė’s team.
