In Lithuania on May 24. Three groups of people will be eligible for the Passport of Opportunities, which took effect in 2006: people who have been vaccinated, have been diagnosed with a coronavirus, or have a negative COVID-19 test.
During this transition period, pending the development of the EU digital green certificate, foreign tourists in Lithuania will be replaced by vaccination documents issued by other countries instead of the Passport of Opportunity. Foreigners will also be able to receive the services provided by the Opportunity Passport with a negative coronavirus test conducted in Lithuania.
