The start-up of the electric car trade “eDOW” attracted an investment of 250,000 euros. For this amount, a private investor has acquired 10% of the company’s shares, and the funds raised will be used to finance the first specialized electric car showroom in the Baltic States, which has already been installed and is scheduled to open in the upcoming weeks. .
Laurynas Boguševičius, Founder and Director of eDOW, says in the report that the three-year business model has become an event in the Lithuanian car trade market, and the company’s sales results attracted the attention of many investors. but not the amount invested in Customer Service.
“We are happy that our opinion is the same; we realize that not short-term profits, but satisfied customers and the reputation of the company are the basis for sustainable growth,” said L. Boguševičius.
EDOW currently sells Tesla electric cars. Last year, the company signed an agreement with the Polish company Centrumcars24, which sells Tesla in the neighboring country. EDOW was the first in the Baltic countries to offer Tesla test drives.
This year, the company intends to expand the range of electric cars offered.
“We negotiate with other brands and offer more opportunities to our clients. Furthermore, we anticipate rapid geographic development in Lithuania and the Baltic States, ”said L. Boguševičius.
2020 Founded in September, eDOW now has 8 employees and is a subsidiary of the online car sales company Deals on Wheels (DOW). The latter specializes in advising clients who buy new and used cars.
