Czech Republic
In the Czech Republic, the state of emergency is imposed as of October 5 and lasts for 30 days. From October 5 to 18, events involving more than 10 people and more than 20 people outdoors will be prohibited indoors, according to a statement from the Czech authorities.
Not only that, opera and musical performances have been banned, and the movement of people has been restricted. In regions with the highest infection rates, schools will switch to distance education and football and hockey games will take place without spectators.
Local Health Minister Roman Prymula said that the imposition of a state of emergency was necessary due to the increasing number of coronavirus infections.

Slovakia
Slovakia also announced on Wednesday that the state of emergency will resume from October 1. The number of patients also increased considerably in the country.
The country has introduced the mandatory use of masks both indoors and outdoors if social distance guidelines cannot be followed.
Mass events can have a maximum of 50 visitors. According to the country’s government, these measures will remain in effect until November.

Israel

Russia
Although Russia has yet to introduce strict quarantine measures, Moscow has already announced a 2-week vacation at all schools in the region, and residents of the capital have been “advised” to work from home.
There is no talk of sanctions yet, but President Vladimir Putin has already appealed to the people about the threat of Covid-19 and the need for everyone to “follow” the recommendations.
