According to her, the companies of the furniture sector of the SBA Laminn and Innovo logistika will carry out the production of furniture components and logistics activities on the transferred objects, as before, and new innovative projects will be developed in the Valley of Industrial Innovation of 50 ha.

The new logistics center and factory were developed by the SBA Urban Inventors group company. The total rental area of ​​both objects is 44,000 m2. meters. The value of the transaction with the EfTEN fund is LTL 28.6 million. euros.

“The objects close to the international logistics center are the greenest production and logistics complex in the Baltic countries, so they perfectly correspond to the investment portfolio strategy of the first green real estate fund EfTEN Real Estate Fund 4 in the Baltic countries” says Laurynas Žilys, head of EfTEN Capital AS in Lithuania. .

Under the purchase agreement, both buildings will be leased for 15 years to Innovo Logistika, which is owned by the largest furniture exporter in the Baltic countries, SBA Furniture Group. SBA’s main furniture partner is IKEA, and the group companies are an important part of the company’s international supply chain.

The SBA Valley of Industrial Innovations is located right next to the main transportation corridor connecting Klaipeda and the seaport to Kaunas and Vilnius. Palanga International Airport is less than 40 km from this SBA manufacturing and logistics complex.

The SBA industry development valley began to unfold last year. The objects of the first two stages of development are a logistics center and a furniture component factory. The authors of the architectural part of the project are the architect Rolandas Palekas, winner of the National Prize for Culture and Art, and the architects of his Palek Archstudija.

In addition to these recently acquired properties, EfTEN Real Estate Fund 4’s investment portfolio includes the Kadriorg business center in Tallinn, the Dominante logistics center in Riga, the River Mall / River Hall shopping and shopping center in Kaunas and the RYO shopping center. in Panevėžys.
