Mindaugas Stankūnas and Vytautas Kasiulevičius, who also attended the government meeting on Sunday, made their arguments about why new restrictions should be introduced.
On the eve of the Government meeting, Health Minister Arūnas Dulkys confirmed that he would discuss restrictions on the movement of people, vaccines, beds in medical institutions and the work of nursing and care institutions. He said experts had suggested translating new “serious measures at the national level” but did not reveal whether it was a curfew.
