The procedure for issuing work incapacity for self-isolation is changing: how things will go

If the person has not been declared downtime and cannot work remotely, a certificate of incapacity for work can be issued for mandatory isolation. However, if a person already knows that they will have to be quarantined when going abroad on vacation, they will no longer be issued a certificate of incapacity for work.

The exception will apply to those who travel to the affected country for commercial, service or work reasons: they may continue to be isolated on their return and receive a certificate of incapacity.

The list of countries affected by the coronavirus includes 64 countries.

The list of affected countries is updated weekly, taking into account epidemiological indicators in foreign countries. Affected are those countries where the incidence of coronavirus in the last 14 days is greater than 25 cases per 100,000. population.

The inclusion or exclusion of a particular country is announced in advance, for example, the removal of Ukraine from the list and the inclusion of Croatia, announced on Friday, July 17, and the changes took effect on Monday, July 20.

How are things going

If a person has returned from a country affected by the virus or has been in contact with a patient and has not been declared downtime or is unable to work remotely, a certificate of inability to work should be requested from a Headboard.
