R. Baltrėnas graduated from the General Jonas Zemaitis Lithuanian Military Academy, Military College of the Land Forces in the United States of America. He began his service in the national defense system in 1992, for his ingenuity, exemplary duties, he received medals from the Lithuanian Armed Forces, the Order of Merit Medal for Lithuania and other awards.
M. Steponavičius has been serving in the national defense system since 1992, having graduated from the courses of the Lithuanian Military Academy General Jonas Zemaitis, Joint Command and Staff Officers (operational level) at the Baltic Defense College in Estonia and the Military College of the Land Forces in the United States. For merits, ingenuity, exemplary duties, he received medals from the Lithuanian Armed Forces, the Order of the Cross of Vytis Medal and other awards.
During the solemn ceremony, the President wished the new generals strength and health to continue successfully serving their Homeland.
