The president appointed Krėpš to the board of directors of the Bank of Lithuania.

For the past two years, S. Krėpšta has served as Senior Advisor to the President, Head of the Economic and Social Policy Group, having previously held various positions at the Bank of Lithuania for more than ten years. S. Krėpšta holds a master’s degree in business administration and management from the Baltic Institute of Management and a bachelor’s and master’s degree in economics (finance and banking) from Vytautas Magnus University, according to the presidential report.

Until now, I. Segalovičienė has been an advisor to the president on social policy issues. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Kaunas University of Technology, has conducted research on public administration monitoring and evaluation, and has done internships in Great Britain and Germany.

I. Segalovičienė has worked as Head of the Strategic Decision Support Group in the Ministry of Social Security and Labor, advised the mayor of Kaunas on social, educational and cooperation issues with non-governmental organizations, taught at the Kaunas University of Technology , Institute of Public Policies and Administration, worked in the Department of Strategic Planning of the University.
