“You will not find cutlets or potato pancakes in my restaurant. This is a high-end restaurant that will serve a variety of food. Although the famous J. Basanavičiaus Street is only 200 meters away, guests sitting on the terrace can enjoy tranquility. The restaurant has been chosen for an aesthetic interior, pastel color full of modern spirit, “says R. Galvonas, a 21-year-old chef.
Famous people from the beach and from vacation have come to the restaurant of the Alka Hotel. As the weather was nice, the Galvon made sure the Christmas snacks were refreshing. In the evening, the guests enjoyed seafood, various combinations of watermelon, cold soup.

R. Galvonas, who is an entrepreneur, does not hide: business requires a lot of nerves, but he is not afraid of work. Rock is convinced that anything is possible to keep up, you just have to be very enthusiastic. “It just came to our attention then. Unfortunately that was not the case, I did everything myself. So far I have to count, I have assumed many responsibilities, I cannot forgive the reins. I work a lot psychologically with myself and I never allow myself to get tired. Life is very intense during the summer season, after the quarantine I try to make the most of it ”, says the chef.
R. Galvonas runs another institution by the sea: the legendary village “Auska”. It is true that the restaurant menu is different, that is why the chef invites you to visit both places. Currently R. Galvonas owns up to 8 restaurants in Lithuania.
“The restaurant business is one of the most difficult, now there is a particular shortage of employees. That is why I had to go back to the kitchen to cook after three years. Don’t be surprised if you see me in a restaurant with a dirty apron, ”laughed the young businessman.
