In November of last year, as an announcement of the conclusion of negotiations with the Spanish architecture studio Arquivio arquitectos, the author of the best project for the National Concert Hall was recognized in an international architecture competition. After the project parties signed an agreement on the design of the National Concert Hall “Tautos namai” and the supervision of the construction project, a difficult stage was completed, during which the scope of services, quality requirements , the preliminary design deadlines and, finally, the price of the design services was agreed. The total area of the complex will reach 16,000-18,000 m2 M. meter.
