Orinta became passionate about sports in high school, so she began attending athletics classes. However, such enthusiasm did not last long. After graduating from school, she went to live in Ireland and, as she puts it, sometimes ran away “from Monday”.

“It just came to our knowledge then. But I always knew that one day I would do sports again. At that time, I was working in a women’s team, where I heard complaints every day:” I tried that diet, that diet, I can’t get off weight, children bother me.

The desire to help these women pushed me to continue studying. I obtained my diplomas as a personal trainer and sports nutritionist, ”says Orinta.

Spend time with the kids and with yourself

After graduating, the woman found out she was expecting twins. However, the desire to eat healthy and take care of appearance did not disappear.

“Since the beginning of my pregnancy, I have been planning my future routine, diet and workouts. The desire to use the acquired knowledge and demonstrate that it is possible to have a child and a beautiful body was my greatest motivation. And when we found out we were having twins, it became a challenge for us, ”says Orinta.

The woman is currently raising four children, but is always trying to find time for herself as well. According to her, everything is possible to keep up, the most important thing – to have a wish.

“I look at motherhood very calmly and I really don’t feel bad about spending time with myself. Whenever there is a need, I always find time for myself easily, both now and in raising newborns.

I just don’t try to do everything at once. After all, you don’t need to play sports or do general maintenance at home every day. I divide the jobs and responsibilities according to the days and the need to perform, and thus I easily find time for myself. The problem is that women tend to lower their hands without raising them completely.

We have them 24 hours a day to meet our objectives. How we use our time depends solely on ourselves. It will only take a second to go back to the couch, to the TV, but once you have taken action, you will enjoy the results obtained for a lifetime, ”says Orinta.

Every woman is different

However, it emphasizes that every woman is different, so mothers should not compare themselves to each other. According to Orinta, it is important to understand that it is especially difficult for some women to return to a normal life after giving birth.

“Each mother has a different understanding of motherhood, attitudes towards herself as a woman, different organizational skills. So for some, lack of time is normal and for others it is incomprehensible.

It should also be noted that many women experience stress, depression, and no help or support after the birth of a child. For them, time for themselves is a luxury.

And where are the mothers who raise many more children than me, raise disabled children or single mothers? My advice would be not to be afraid or ashamed to ask for help when it is difficult and never compare ourselves to another mother, ”says Orinta.

The secret of a perfect figure

When asked how she manages to maintain a beautiful body shape, the woman does not hesitate to answer: the most important thing is to follow the regimen.

“It just came to our knowledge then. We all know perfectly well that to stay healthy, energetic and positive, you need a balanced and moderate diet, active leisure and quality sleep. The result is beautiful body lines that you will maintain as long as you promote a style. of healthy life ”, says the mother of four children.

But a woman is open, and there are days when she doesn’t want to do any sports.

“It just came to our knowledge then. If I don’t want to play sports, I allow myself to rest for a day, two, a week … Sports must give pleasure, otherwise it will not last long,” the woman is convinced.

Besides sports, Orinta has many other favorite activities. Her husband and children are also involved in them.

“My favorite activity is hiking in the mountains. By the way, this is a hobby of our family. We just adore beautiful pictures, fresh air, and the sound and smell of nature. Mountain walks create wonderful memories and provide an opportunity to distance yourself from such a fast-paced world, train body and mind, develop imagination.

I also really like cycling, night swimming, useful books. And where else is the photography of food and the creation of new recipes ”, the woman shares.

“The choice of activities is very wide: hiking, bike tours, nature trails, forests, camping, soccer in the park, skating. All you have to do is choose your favorite activity that suits your child’s abilities ”, Orinta is convinced.

Although a woman’s life seems to revolve only around sports and a healthy lifestyle, the most important goal in her life is taking care of her four children.

“Right now, the most important goal is to raise confident, curious, happy and loving children,” says the woman.
