The Cabinet of Ministers has supplemented the list of understaffed individual professions in state and municipal institutions with these three professions.
Acting Health Minister Aurelijus Veryga says the draft resolution has been prepared taking into account information from the Health Insurance Fund and the State Drug Control Service on the missing specialists.
“We see that the services face a problem with the presence of these representatives in the labor market, but they are unmotivated to work in the public sector, since the salary is significantly different from the private one,” Veryga said at the hearing.
