Seeing this repetitive behavior, I have only one suggestion for company executives: stop this selection as soon as possible and hire another business controller instead. For so much money in the labor market you can really find that it is not bad, “said the politician.

He also stated that Ignitis Group is an international company listed on the Nasdaq Vilnius and London stock exchanges, and that the company has high ESG (environmental, social and governance) requirements.

“When it comes to just the well-being and happiness of employees, after working from home during a pandemic, people are exhausted, a lot of changes. And here is only part of what that person will be responsible for. The other part is the wellness letter.

This means creating the conditions for organizations to include people who may not be involved. It is also possible to speak here of people who are of another religion, of another nationality or gender, but also of those who are over 50 years old because they are at a disadvantage in the labor market. I think a specialist of this type is very necessary, only that not all companies can afford it.

“Ignitis grupė is publicly traded, investors now pay a lot of attention to things like green energy, sustainability in the organization and the company must reflect the latest trends,” said the expert.

As he said, many times the role of that person, when the companies are smaller, is performed by someone from the staff, but in this case it is a large group of companies.

“There are many different companies and when it comes to putting it all together, I don’t think there is anything wrong or inappropriate here,” Francas added.

Speaking about the proposed salary, the labor market expert said that it is not high.

“Let’s take the proposed average: € 3,650 on paper. After taxes, this is € 2,200 in your hands. A project manager managing projects at an information technology company earns between € 1,800 and € 2,500.

Regarding salary, I don’t see any problem here, moreover, it is a job for a manager, a person will occupy a managerial position ”, he said.
