The quarantine will continue until the end of the year, tightening restrictions on trade, says Acting Health Minister Aurelius Veryga. President Gitan Nuasda talks about the conduct of the emergency: the introduction must be made on Sunday by a council of health experts that he convened.

The president offers an emergency
President Gitanas Nausda does not rule out that in the near future, by controlling the spread of the coronavirus by other means, a state of emergency in Lithuania may be considered in the near future, allowing the strictest measures to be taken.
In an interview with the news portal delfi.lt on Friday, the president stated that a council of health experts convened by him, which is considering the dramatic deterioration of the situation, must present its presentation on Sunday.
