According to the ruling, the grant can be awarded to applicants operating in all fields except agriculture, fisheries, aquaculture, credit, and financial institutions. If at least one economic activity of the company falls in these areas, no subsidy is awarded to the company.

Grant applications will be evaluated by the State Tax Inspectorate, the Lithuanian Business Support Agency and the Competition Council.

It will be possible to award a grant to a company only once.

The grant will not be awarded or reduced accordingly if the total amount of aid awarded to a company exceeds 800,000 people. euros.
