The rules of communication are changing

As of May 24, that is, starting next Monday, SAM offers to allow different households to communicate more freely.

In open public spaces, people can be groups of no more than 10 people, members of two families and / or two households, or larger groups of people, where this Decree allows the provision of services or activities to larger groups of people.

No more than 50 people, except those rendering ritual services, may attend the funeral.

Starting next Monday, trips on regular urban, long-distance and suburban transportation routes will also be changed: transportation cannot occupy more than 50 percent. all the places to sit and stand. Previously, it was allowed to occupy to sit at a distance of not less than 1 1 meter.

Personal celebrations are allowed in public and private spaces when no more than two families and / or two households, or no more than 5 people, or no more than 10 people with an Opportunity Passport are present.

Experimental events

Changes in education

In the context of non-formal education for children, it is proposed to allow the following activities:
– Exams (credits) for the evaluation of foreign language proficiency for students, when no more than 10 students participate;
– Non-formal education activities for children in open spaces, where a group of non-formal education of children participates, but no more than 25 people;
– Non-formal education of children in closed spaces, where no more than 10 children participate and a service area of ​​10 m² per child is guaranteed;
– Children’s camp activities with a maximum of 15 children per group and a service area of ​​10 m 10 per child;
individual sessions of non-formal education for children.

The following activities are proposed for non-formal adult education and non-formal vocational training:
– practical training of induction courses for seafarers and statutory vocational training institutions, practical training for driving vehicles, practical training for employees of health institutions, foreign language proficiency exams (credits) for people entering the foreign higher education institutions, and the basic exams of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania in which no more than 10 people participate and the service area per person is at least 10 m²;
– non-formal adult education activities in open spaces involving no more than one non-formal adult education group, but no more than 25 people;
– non-formal adult education activities in enclosed spaces with a maximum of 10 participants and a service area of ​​at least 10 m² per person;
– individual non-formal adult education and non-formal vocational training activities;
non-formal adult education activities, when only people who meet the criteria specified in paragraph 22 of this Resolution participate.

In the context of vocational training and higher education, it is proposed to carry them out remotely or in a mixed way through periodic preventive tests of students and staff in institutions for the diagnosis of COVID-19 or self-monitoring for possible COVID-19 .

Vocational training or higher education will be taught on the premises with a maximum of 10 students or students, maintaining a distance of at least 2 meters between all the people on the premises, or with 11 to 30 students or students, with a minimum distance of 2 meters between all the people in the room. Recommendation to religious communities
