Furthermore, if there were no organizations that wanted to establish themselves on the premises of the Lukiškės prison, this property would also be rented.

At the meeting, Minister of Justice Elvinas Jankevičius stated that he supported the results of the feasibility study. However, he was alarmed by the statement that the state would have to invest 10.9 million. euros
