According to the prosecution, he committed the following crimes in the following ways and circumstances:

– using the public office of a state politician, the office of a member of the Seimas, a member of the Labor Party faction in the Seimas and the first vice president of a political party, a member of the party council, the party board and the party presidium and the head of the electoral staff of the 2016 Seimas of the political party, Influence on state officials and institutions, acting for the benefit and interests of the Labor Party, during meetings and telephone contacts with R. Kurlianskis held in Vilnius on 09/28 / 2015 to 01/12/2016, who promised to influence public officials – Seimas Spokesperson, Labor Group Elder, Chairman of the Seimas Budget and Finance Committee and Vice Chairman of this Committee, Chairman of the Seimas Health Committee, as well as other members of the Labor Party faction in the Seimas to present and vote political decisions beneficial to UAB Concern MG Baltic in the Committee of Pres Budget and Finance of the Seimas and in plenary meetings and make other political decisions that are beneficial to the concern. He also promised to influence the Minister of Agriculture to make useful administrative decisions for MG Baltic in the Ministry of Economy and the National Land Service of the Ministry of Agriculture, and he also promised to influence state institutions: the Board of AB Lietuvos Geležinkeliai and the SE Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant. the Public Procurement Commission to make decisions that are beneficial to the Group.
– during the meetings and telephone contacts with R. Kurlianskis held in Vilnius from 09/28/2015 to 01/21/2016, he promised to act legally in the exercise of his powers, both for a personal vote “in favor”, taking political decisions in the Seimas beneficial for concern, as for an exceptional situation and favorable future in making useful political decisions by MG Baltic in the Seimas, promised and agreed with R. Kurlianskis directly for the benefit of Meno ir sporto projektai, and indirectly accepted a bribe of 15,000 euros. The UAB Mitnija accounts managed by Baltic were transferred to the account of VšĮ Meno ir sporto projektai, disguising this supportive monetary bribe.
In the same case, accusations were brought against the former Vice President and member of the UAB Board of Trustees Concern MG Baltic and the CEO and Chairman of the Boards of several companies managed by this consortium R. Kurlianskis, former members of the Seimas Eligijus Masiulis, Gintaras Steponavičius , Šarūnas Gustainis and legal persons.
