Although the victims were avoided, four members of the family were left homeless. On a cold Sunday morning, the Šabūnai family will not forget for a long time that people were left without all the properties they had lived with. Everything was burned, only the daughter managed to lift the wallet with the documents.
According to friends of the family, mother Ligita has health problems and therefore does not work. The only breadwinner in the family is Papa Kęstutis, the children are still studying. The 17-year-old daughter is a schoolgirl, the 20-year-old son Hubert is a student.
For the moment, the family already has clothes and means of communication to stay, but they must help to return home.
“Protect yourself and your loved ones. You never know when disaster might hit your home. By not having a cup of coffee, you can contribute a lot to the sacrifice of people, for whom every penny is now very important and necessary” said his friend.
