The entire company of political wolves became assistants to the Seimas members, but that’s not the end of curiosity.

Former Seimas member Naglis Puteikis will assist in the work of the mixed group of Seimas Petras Gražulis members.

Former Seimas member Levutė Staniuvienė will advise Valius Ąžuolas, a representative of the Lithuanian Union of Peasants and Greens (LVŽS).

Former MP Juozas Bernatonis became an advisor to Zigmantas Balčytis, a member of the Lithuanian Social Democratic Labor Party (LSDDP). And in the party of his colleague Andrius Palionis, Gediminas Kirkilas.

Rimantė Šalaševičiūtė, a social worker elected to the Seimas with the green peasants, employed Audronė Jankuvienė, a former member of the Seimas from LVŽS, among her assistants.

Delfi has already written that Artūras Skardžius, who has not joined this Seimas, and Vilija Filipovičienė, a member of the Seimas from the previous term, will help Labor Party member Vytautas Gapšis.

Parliamentarian Česlav Olševskis of the Polish Lithuanian Election Campaign – Union of Christian Families in Parliament is assisted in Parliament by Romualda Poševeckaja, former member of the Vilnius Council and journalist for the Russian propaganda television channel Pervyj Baltiskij.

The representative of LVŽS, Eugenijus Jovaiša, even employed two former MPs in his team: Vida Ačienė and Arūnas Gumuliauskas.

Following the retirement of LVŽS leader Ramūnas Karbauskis from the Seimas, his former Seimas member Asta Kubilienė will take his place. She had to work as an advisor to Aurelijus Veryga and Arvydas Nekrošius.

The elder of the LVŽS faction, Aušrinė Norkienė, also employed the aforementioned V. Ačienč in her team. Another former member of Seimas, Audronas Jankuvienė, also took a place on his team.

Vismantė Benkunskienė, the wife of Valdas Benkunskas, a colleague of the advisory group, represented Paula Kuzmickienė, TS-LKD representative at the Seimas.

The former mayor of Biržai Valdemaras Valkiūnas is advised by the advisor to Aurelijus Veryga, a former advisor to the Minister of Health, who has scandalously lost his job.

Some members of the Seimas employed people who had previously assisted other members of the Seimas. Among the assistants of Andrius Navickas is Jovita Morkūnaitė, former assistant of Andrius Kubilius. Arūnas Valinskas assistants include two specialists who previously worked for Mykolas Majauskas: Žilvinas Labanas and Gražina Sermontė.

The salary of a parliamentary assistant (excluding the supplement for seniority in the State of Lithuania) ranges from 986 to 2076 euros “on paper”.
