Will no longer work with Bolt

Some time ago, information appeared on the social network page of the pizzeria Gustukas that Bolt Food was ending its cooperation with them.

Zemeck said he received a call from Bolt executives afterward, explaining that a misunderstanding had occurred.

“We only received one call from the general manager, who described it as a huge misunderstanding on their part. They immediately wanted to resume cooperation, but we asked ourselves to know what circumstances had happened.

As far as we know, no partner, Bolt, has been expelled while in Lithuania. I think it is not a coincidence that we meet. Which shows your position. If it were otherwise, it would also have been a public letter, it would be an argument. We called Wolt and said that no partner had left. It is practically impossible to pull. You can have comments, but you always discuss, communicate, improve, ”he said.

Mr. Zemeck explained that he had received a copy of the letter from one of his clients.

“She wrote to your information, asked why they could not order and we received that response. We wanted to show that companies that large themselves are completely socially irresponsible. They say that we are unsafe, even though we have no violations to this day. We only deal with Wolt now, he said.

This is not an exceptional case, when after evaluating the quality of the services provided by a certain partner, Bolt Food decided to stop working with the restaurant.

“I think we have the constitutional right to come and say. We are not expecting violence or anything else there, I think we would like to be finally heard. We have a lot of arguments, but we just don’t have where to put them.

We have many suggestions that we think would be appropriate, but no one listens to us. Still, we are a business where we add value, we employ a lot of people, we pay a lot of taxes. M. Zemeckas together with two other people from Šiauliai Gerdas Zemeckas and Giedrius Liubavičius have created the association “Shoulder for Freedom”. The interlocutor said that he is starting an active career.
