The real estate development company Bolds Property Partners starts 4300 m2. m construction of a new business park at the intersection of Ukmergės and Mykolo Lietuvio streets in the capital at the intersection with the western ring road – Vilnius City Municipality obtained a building permit for the project.

The business park project was drawn up by a joint team of architects from 2L Architects and DO Architects. They had to combine the aesthetic and functional solutions of the building complex and adapt them to the complex engineering systems of the territory.
The project developers have already signed a contract with the construction company UAB Binkauskas ir Stašinskas, which will start work on the work in the near future.

Bolds Property Partners is also in talks with other companies interested in locating in a new business park on the outskirts of the city, where a whole new business district is currently being designed. In the first place, commercial or service companies are invited to settle, looking for a larger area for their activities, which would occupy at least 450 m2. subway.
When constructing a complex of commercial and later administrative buildings, M. Lietuvio str. 6, the section of M. Lietuvio Street will also be fixed and the intersection of Ukmergės and M. Lietuvio streets will be rebuilt, and an additional traffic lane will be installed for safe and convenient access to the new business park.
Bolds Property Partners has already implemented a similar project on Kareivių Street in Vilnius, where a 2,000 square meter building was built and rented. m commercial building, also designed on the principle of a multifunctional building for securities offices.
