According to Agnė, when choosing studies, graduates experience various fears, which she herself did not avoid, according to a press release. “For example, I was afraid that when choosing the exact sciences I would have to forget about creativity, and when choosing the humanities, on the contrary, I would miss numbers, chemistry, that is, the exact sciences. I chose the Primary Pedagogy and Early Foreign Language curriculum because I believe it is the most complete program that will not only allow me to forget about some of my fields of interest, but will also strengthen each of them: I will study the humanities, science, philosophy , communication. Also, the elementary school teacher is one of the most important guides in a child’s life. The teacher has a great influence on the future life of elementary school children, ”said freshman A. Staupelytė.

America learned the secrets of business and leadership

At the beginning of the school year, Agnė received a Signatory Incentive Grant. The freshman says it is a strong incentive to pursue his dream. During her school days, Agnė did not limit herself to science, she was involved in various projects and volunteered. One of the most memorable projects is the Leadership Academy Summer Camp in the United States. Even among the 1,300 candidates, A. Staupelytė was chosen to go to the United States for a month, where she had the opportunity to communicate with business leaders. At the Leadership Academy, Agnė delved into the secrets of global leadership and business. He says that in America he has understood that he wants to connect his professional future not with business, but with pedagogy and Lithuania. Of course, a student with international pedagogical experience promises to take advantage of the Erasmus + program, so she is currently considering which European university she would like to study at for a short time.

Students have to find their own profession.

Agnė advises students to take an interest in their future profession at the school bank. Last year he participated in the event “Academia de Estudiantes. The teacher of the future. “Throughout the week, Plungė tried out the role of a student, listened to several lectures at the university, lived in a student dormitory, met like-minded people, students and teachers.” He lived in a dormitory, went to university every morning, participated in lectures, debates, and trips; I just saw myself feeling in this environment. Other people can tell you everything: the environment is beautiful or repulsive, inspiring or demotivating … But the most important thing is what this environment is for you. Does it inspire you? Is she close to you? This time I learned all the answers in a week and was reassured about my choice. However, this tranquility cannot be given by any other person who recounts his experience: the graduate must go, experiment, feel the environment and negotiate with himself, this is the space where he wants to spend at least four years ”, he says.
