The pheasant breast burger will be seasoned with orange marinated fennel, figs and Italian sauce. guanciale, and a burger with venison cutlet, butter-fried boletus, Comté cheese and nasturtium will be a little reverence for the Lithuanian noble cuisine. These dishes will be prepared on the spot by Vilnius chef Karolis Jakelavičius.

Visitors will be able to choose from nearly 30 different burger variations this year.
In total, around 7,000 hamburgers are prepared at Vilnius Burger Fest. One of the main reasons for attracting a group of visitors yearning for new experiences is the condition that festival participants prepare at least one dish specifically for the festival. This year, visitors will be able to choose from almost 30 different variants of burgers: vegan, vegetarian, with different types of meat or specially prepared. In addition, the auction festival will not be without other attractions: tastings, questions on how to combine ingredients, etc.
The organizers emphasize that Vilnius Burger Fest is also a professional celebration, where there is no competition between participants, and visitors are invited to enjoy responsibly, without organizing a competition, who will eat more and faster.
This year’s burgers will be prepared at the festival by “2 Neighbors”, “Barbeque Burgers”, “Boom Burgers”, “Burger Kiosk”, “Charlestons BBQ”, “Čiop Čiop”, “Dock”. Drama Burger, Just Look At the Chef, Dangerous, Ram’s Smoke, Rose Mosqueta, Saucy Kitchen, Vingis Stories.

Organizers note that, in accordance with the security requirements for COVID-19, the festival area will not be able to have more than 1,000 visitors at a time. Skins are optional at this event.
