Professor Vytautas Kasiulevičius from Vilnius University Medical Faculty shared his thoughts on COVID-19 on his Facebook account. According to the professor, stricter measures must be taken to control the coronavirus: the sooner we do this, the more lives we will save.
“The Czech Republic is three times bigger than Lithuania, it has not yet reached its peak. All the indicators must be divided by three to suit our country. But the processes are evolving fast, the Czechs are chasing and November 1 is already Sunday. The outbreak is guaranteed, “predicted V. Kasiulevičius.
Israel succeeded. Are we inferior?
According to the professor, it is necessary to adopt stricter restrictions in Lithuania. “The solution is one to three weeks of quarantine across the country or emergency shutdown. Israel did so on September 18 and it was the only way to stabilize the situation. All other measures had no effect. The graphic in the image, “wrote the teacher on the social network.
