From now on, residents of the district will be able to vaccinate with four types of vaccine, including Sputnik V. I have often been asked why the population is not vaccinated with this vaccine. A significant number of respondents said they would like to receive the vaccine in Russian rather than in Europe. Today there is a real opportunity to do so.

The Ministry of Health also responded to this joke. Soon a message was circulated to the media stating that such information did not correspond to reality.
According to the Ministry, there is no possibility to vaccinate Sputnik V vaccine against coronavirus in Lithuania. Such a statement by the Raseiniai district mayor is just a joke on April 1.
