Another notable bad habit is not having water near you when you exercise.

“We do separate breaks during training, but home athletes generally expect everything to go as quickly as possible, probably without water. This is a mistake, we need water when we do intense training, this instant recovery is only possible with small sips of constant drinking water, “says J. Claude.

The third mistake named by the coach is that we play sports when we “go for a walk”, without routine.

“Sport is a continuous process and the body of each one of us, realizing that from now on this” new norm “will begin to change. If you can exercise only once a week, there will be no result. I recommend doing this at least three times a week, ideally if you find in your daily routine half an hour a day that is dedicated to sports. It doesn’t have to be intense training, it could be a bike ride with the kids, stretching exercises on the mat or a light run in the park.
