D. Maradonai was 60 years old.
According to the first Argentine media channel, Clarín, Maradona died this Wednesday morning at his home in the suburbs of Buenos Aires. More than one ambulance went to the scene, but the former athlete’s doctors could no longer be saved.
So far the legend’s cause of death is acute heart failure, but this may not be a completely accurate diagnosis as D. Maradona’s health has been very poor recently.
Maradona, who turned 60 on October 30, felt ill a few days later and found himself in one of the hospitals in La Plata.

Maradona was last seen in public on his 60th birthday. The Argentine coach of the La Platos Gymnastics and Fencing team was received by his club before the game, but even so the legend seemed poor, without energy, walking strong. He left the stadium immediately after being greeted and did not participate in the match.
