According to the prime minister, hotel activities will not be banned, but it will be proposed to ban group services, restrict meals, allow room delivery or take out. Hair and beauty salons are considered unrestricted, but are subject to pre-registration and additional security requirements.
Quarantine restrictions
According to S. Skvernelis, the Government’s COVID-19 Steering Committee has approved the following proposals made by doctors, which are yet to be definitively decided by the Government on Wednesday:

* The activities of public catering establishments are prohibited, except take away food service.
* The normal activities of museums, theaters, cinemas and libraries are suspended, and institutions have the right to provide services from a distance.
* Sports competitions, concerts or other events can only take place without spectators.
* Movement between municipalities is not recommended.
* It is recommended to give up personal celebrations, except weddings and funerals, up to 10 relatives and relatives can attend.
* It is recommended to renounce mass religious rites with the physical participation of the faithful.

* The activities of sports clubs, swimming pools, spas, dance, singing and other contact activities, the activities of massage parlors, except medical procedures, are suspended. * Quarantine would be introduced for three weeks.

* Only seats are allowed in public transport, maintaining a safe distance between passengers.
* Education in kindergartens and primary classes will continue to be possible in the usual way. Schools offer distance or mixed learning, with half of the students studying at the institution and the other half at distance. The schools themselves have the right to decide on the method of education. Secondary schools will have to work remotely, except for some hands-on activities.
* Nurseries for the disabled will be able to operate safely.
* Healthcare facilities will be required to provide emergency care, diagnosis, treatment, and isolation of COVID-19 patients and scheduled emergency care. The services of private medical institutions are not prohibited.
