Simona and Mindaugas can be happy to establish more than three physical stores in the largest cities of the country: in Vilnius, Kaunas, and soon the store will open its doors in Klaipeda. The store opening party in Vilnius was very stormy. During a beautiful evening, the musical performance was organized by the Sisters on Wire group, dancers fascinated with plastic movements, the winners of the Dance Revolution television project Justinas Mejeris-Ustin and Ieva Riepšaitė.
The event, which was beautifully decorated by Mantas Petruškevičius, was hosted by Indrė Stonkuvienė, TV presenter and opinion maker. The Lipniai family entrusted the organization of the event to Virginija Marcinkevičienė, the organizer of the festival.
“The Vilnius store is the largest, occupying 400 square meters. Meters:” Initially, the idea was to create only an electronic store, but the market dictates the rules: we want to expand and be more accessible. Although we have shared responsibilities in the business family member, my husband and I know everything that happens in the aisle or warehouse.
And it cannot be otherwise. The offer is huge, and although we were the first opinion formers to open a wide range of online stores, it is not easy to find something new: now we not only compete with others. influencerių sales platforms, but also with the main supermarkets. There are many challenges for our family, we are constantly turning our heads about what else to surprise here, but we are happy that our values and attitude towards customers have not changed ”, assures Simona.
The couple, who raised four-year-old triplets like Herkus, Patricia and Emilia, have rarely found time to stay on just two this year. In the past, children were gladly left with their grandparents for a few days and only one or two took a minute’s respite to catch up abroad; this year, the situation was exacerbated by the quarantine.
“We had to learn to live differently, to be five everywhere and always. At times, so tired from home and work that the possibility of escaping from home for two seemed to be the only recipe to help maintain a harmonious relationship. We even turned to a family psychologist to get out of some unpleasant situations successfully; If there was only time, we would definitely continue to visit, because professional advice from a stranger is always helpful. On the other hand, we agree more with my husband in the same cauldron every day than when Mindaugas was pursuing a career in another field. Now we understand each other more. “
Although the summer was busy for the family, they all spent at least half a week at their seaside home in Kunigiškės. Simona and Mindaugas did not want to deprive their children of the summery pleasures of playing in the sand and swimming in the sea, so they only spent one more weekend there: “We will all have a better rest in nature, because we have a spacious house with patio there. Kunigiškės has long been a source of new ideas and inspiration. There we recover and come back full of energy … And long ago we learned to work effectively at a distance ”.
