The song “Look, It’s Snowing” was born six years ago, in the summer of 2014. The text was written for her by one of the founders of Šerkšno Silence: the writer Nerijus Laurinavičius. According to Judita, after choosing chords and creating a melodic line, the duo began to sing this song in black with her husband Nerijus at various events and on the streets of Vilnius Old Town.
“We soon realized that the listeners were very happy to accept it. While playing in the streets, foreigners often stopped to listen to this work, and a rich ship that traveled the world, captivated by the sound of” Look, It is already snowing “, he invited us to have lunch at a restaurant,” shared the interlocutor with funny memories.

In the autumn of the same year, the first version of the album “Mira, it’s snowing already” appeared on the radio, which, as Judita said, soon caught the audience.
When asked why she thought about reliving this song and why she heard Liudas Mikalauskas’s voice, Judita said that black – familiar from an early age.
“My grandparents lived near Liud’s house, I spent summers and weekends there, so when we were about six years old, we met Liud and his sister Vestina. We are good old childhood friends, we are joined by many beautiful memories. We spend every summer together: games, swimming, songs. We have both been singing since childhood.

Six years after the first album of “Look, it’s snowing already”, my husband Nerijus had the idea of offering Liud to participate in a new recording of this song, because he often told him when he was a child that he and I stole songs from duo in Taurage, Jovari, greenhouse in the courtyard of Liuda. .
Nerijus thought that this song could shine with new colors, and it would also be a beautiful meaning for our childhood memories. Hopefully, that’s what happened and that this song touches your heart, takes you back to the winters of childhood. What snow! ”Judita said.
