Research by researchers1 has shown that it stimulates the production of digestive enzymes and stimulates the secretion of bile. Together, this spice, by improving digestion, stimulates metabolism and helps break down fat.

- 500 g pumpkin
- 2 medium beets
- 1 onion
- Grated ginger root to taste
- Salt and black pepper
preparation:
Peel the beets and cut them into small cubes. Remove the pumpkin seeds, chop and cut into medium pieces. Peel an onion and cut it into strips. Put the prepared vegetables in a pot, season with grated ginger root to taste, add as much as you like. Add salt, pepper, pour 1 liter of water and cook until the vegetables are soft. Then grind with a grinder. It can be seasoned with grated Parmesan cheese or sour cream.

- 250 ml of coconut milk
- Jelly
- 250 ml of cream
- 70g sugar
- 4 medium carrots
- 3 oranges
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
preparation:
Bring the coconut milk with gelatin to a boil for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat, mix with the cream and sugar. Pour into panakota jars and refrigerate and chill.
