The second shipment of coronavirus vaccine from BioNTech and Pfizer arrived in Lithuania on Monday, the Ministry of Health (SAM) reported.
These vaccines will be used for the second vaccination of the vaccinated healthcare professionals.

The subsequent arrival of new vaccine shipments will include the vaccination of supportive care and nursing staff and patients, as well as staff and residents of social institutions, pharmacists, people over 65 years of age, comorbidities, people with unavoidable social contact or of long-term or law enforcement personnel: law enforcement personnel, fire and rescue, customs, border guards, military, educational institutions, energy, food industry, etc.
Once the vaccine has reached all priority groups, everyone who wants to be vaccinated will be invited.
