SEB Bank will move to a new headquarters

SEB Bank has completed the relocation of its new headquarters on Avenida Konstitucijos. Part of the complex will be open to the public.

The real estate investment fund (real estate) Lords LB Special Fund II announces the successful completion of 2016. The development of the complex began, in which the sole tenant of the building, SEB bankas, was completed from mid-August.

The lease transaction with SEB Bank was concluded for more than two years prior to the relocation and reflects the extremely high requirements of the tenant for the project’s technical and local parameters and implementation timelines, which the fund successfully implemented Marius emaitis, the administrator of Lords LB Special Fund II.

We will move to the office center only, cooperate more efficiently, create significantly better work around our 1,100 employees and innovative customer service spaces. Aivaras Ielis, Vice President of Business Support Service and CFO of SEB Bank, said that it was successful to implement the new headquarters project together with our partners successfully, on time and according to plan, despite the fact that the project of the new headquarters had been planned for three years.

The new headquarters of Banco SEB at Av. Konstitucijos, inter alia Forum Palace, swimming pool 12,900 m2. m plot. 218 underground parking lots and one above-ground parking lot were prepared, and one of the first parking lots in Lithuania operates in the outdoor area.

The complex is designed so that part of it is open to the public. The main building is connected by an amphitheater, which will be built on two floors, forming a new gathering space for Vilnius’ inner pedestrian street, where catering venues open to all operate. The amphitheater is planned to organize various events for the public.

The complex was designed by Remigijus Bimba (UAB Architektros krybin grup) and Gilma Teodora Gylyt (UAB DO Architects), the general construction works were carried out by UAB Veikms statyba.

The office complex was developed by Lords LB Special Fund II managed by investment management company Lords LB Asset Management. The amount of the investment is not disclosed.
