But, of course, residents are interested in working in the best institutions. Solutions are offered

Residents suggested solutions to their problems.

They want specific information for them, permanent staff to advise residents on the modalities of work of the latter in the institution, and to deal with current issues related to residency.

For example, the equitable annual distribution of residents in the departments, vacation planning, on-call time scheduling, regulation of workloads and on-call time in the institution, access to benefits for employees employees (for example, discounts on taxed parking, access to bicycle storage, etc.), etc.

“Guarantee equal working conditions for the rest of the institution’s employees: installation of rest areas that meet the minimum ergonomic criteria for residents on duty in the departments.
