The easiest way to obtain this information is from a personal electronic health account, if your GP has submitted an E025 form with the diagnosis code Z86.18 to the electronic health information system, which is suitable for marking those who have recovered from a coronavirus infection.

If no such record exists, the employee should contact the family physician with a request to submit said form to the electronic health information system.

SAM recalls that the update of the isolation rules provides an exception for people who have already been infected with coronavirus (COVID-19). If a person with coronavirus is exposed to high risk within three months of the illness, they will no longer need to be isolated.

In this case, at the request of the employer, it is possible to ask the National Public Health Center (NVSC) for confirmation of the isolation exemption by email. email [email protected].

By the way, this exemption does not apply to people who work in treatment, supportive care, nursing, social assistance and custodial institutions, as well as to people who live in social assistance institutions located in custodial institutions and to people receiving supportive treatment and nursing services.
