S. Chichanouskaya in Lithuania and his allies established a Coordination Council for the transfer of power, but the vast majority of the members of his presidium were detained or forced to leave Belarus.

In Lithuania, the opposition met with representatives of several countries, including the President of France, Emmanuel Macron. He also traveled to Germany, Slovakia, Poland, where he met with the leaders of these countries.
