He clarified that on August 27 the bailiffs issued the prohibition to register actions related to the department of A. Navaln.

“This means that the apartment cannot be sold, donated or mortgaged. At the same time, Alexei’s accounts were seized, “noted K. Jarmyš.

A Navaln spokeswoman told the AFP news agency that this does not prevent the opposition from living in that apartment.

Previously, the accounts of the Anticorruption Foundation (FBK) founded by A. Navaln and the lawyer of the Liubov Sobol foundation were seized.

On October 28, 2019, the Moscow Arbitration Court confirmed the lawsuit of the school feeding company Moskovskij školnik. The court ruled that A. Navalnas, L. Sobol and FBK must jointly pay Moskovskij školnik almost 88 million. rubles (978 thousand euros).

Last month, Prrigožin stated that it had compensated for the damages suffered by Moskovskij školnik with its own funds and that it would personally recover the losses.

According to media reports, the company is associated with J.Prigožinas, but he denies being its owner.

The subject of the dispute was the FBK video about alleged problems with the applicant’s catering services in Moscow kindergartens and schools. Moskovskij školnik demanded that the registry be deceived and removed from the Internet, which had tarnished his reputation. Compensation for damage to business reputation amounts to 1.4 billion. rubles (15.6 million euros).

The stated goal of A. Faval, founded by A. Navalno in 2011, is to conduct investigations, expose corruption schemes and prevent bribery in the Russian government.

Navaln is currently in Germany, where he was being treated after an alleged poisoning. On August 20, Navaln felt ill and lost consciousness while flying from the Siberian city of Tomsk to Moscow. After an emergency landing, he was treated at the Omsk City Hospital for more than a day and transferred to the Charite University Hospital in Berlin on August 22.

On September 7, the hospital reported that the patient had awakened from a coma, and on Tuesday it was announced that he had been discharged from the hospital, but would continue his rehabilitation course.

Navalno’s comrades and foreign officials say it is Russia’s responsibility to show that the state did not order the poisoning and to conduct a proper investigation. At the time, Russia claims that Russia needs evidence from the investigation in Germany and elsewhere.

The Kremlin said Wednesday that Navaln could return to Russia unimpeded.

Jarmysh earlier told AFP that Navaln plans to return to Russia, where he and his colleagues were prosecuted, their houses searched and sentenced to brief prison terms.
