The death of C. Robinson, 53, was reported by his friend, another former basketball player James Edward. The causes and circumstances of death are not disclosed.
C. Robinson played in the NBA league for 18 years. In the 1989 rookie trade, the 208-centimeter-tall forward was chosen by the 36th draft of the Portland Trail Blazers, where he played until 1997.
After playing two seasons with Arvydas Sabonis, he later represented the Phoenix Suns, Detroit Pistons, Golden State Warriors, and New Jersey Nets.
In 1993, he was named the sixth best player, and C. Robinson, who played in the 1994 All-Star Game, averaged 14.6 points and 4.6 rebounds during his career.
After finishing his career, the American participated in the popular reality show “Survival” in 2013, and in 2014, together with Dennis Rodman, he played a demonstration match in North Korea.
Robinson ran a cannabis products business and was often in favor of legalizing marijuana. He has claimed to have smoked marijuana throughout his career, which is what allowed him to play in the league for 18 years.
