The global financial platform Revolut, with 15 million clients worldwide and more than 300,000 in Lithuania, is expanding its team.

The group of fintech companies is building a global team and will hire 1,000 sales specialists. Only the number of selected candidates will determine how many 1,000 vacant positions will be filled in Lithuania, Poland, Spain, France, Portugal, the United Kingdom or the United States.

Revolution is also expanding its banking, financial crime prevention and money laundering and customer service teams in Vilnius and plans to employ more than 100 specialists this year.

Today, Revolut employs almost 2,500 people and employs 200 people in Vilnius. At present, candidates are also being considered for positions in which the place of the position is not indicated and where the place of residence is not relevant. In this way, the goal is to attract talent from around the world.

In addition, the company recently announced a change to a permanent flexible work policy. In response to employee preferences, Revolut will allow employees to choose when and how Danes want to work from home or from the office. The company is also implementing a new type of office strategy: RevLabs. Its offices around the world, including Lithuania, will gradually become areas of cooperation.
