The global financial platform Revolut, with 15 million clients worldwide and more than 300,000 in Lithuania, is expanding its team. The group of fintech companies is building a global sales team and will hire 1,000 sales professionals. Only the number of selected candidates will determine how many of the 1000 vacancies will be filled in Lithuania, Poland, Spain, France, Portugal, the United Kingdom or the United States.
“We want to make it easier for companies to trade internationally and offer them access to our readily available financial services, including currency conversion at the best prices, corporate cost management and payment collection services. We want to reach millions of entrepreneurs in Europe and the US, so we are looking for 1,000 sales professionals with at least six months of experience in B2B sales and a good command of English, French, German or Spanish, ”says Matthew Acton Davis, Revolut. This is not the only team that Revolut will invest in. The group of fintech companies is also expanding its banking, financial crime prevention and money laundering and customer service teams in Vilnius and plans to employ more than 100 specialists in these areas this year.
Today, Revolut employs almost 2,500 people, including 200 employees in Vilnius. The company is also looking for candidates for jobs where the location of the office is not specified and the place of residence is irrelevant. In this way, Revolut will seek to attract talent from around the world.
The company recently announced a change to a permanent flexible work policy. In response to employee preferences, Revolut will allow employees to choose when and how often they would like to work from home or in the office. The company is also implementing a new type of office strategy, RevLabs: its offices around the world, including Lithuania, will gradually become spaces for cooperation.
