In February this year, a month before the quarantine, the Triniti law firm moved from its old office on L. Stuokos-Gucevičiaus street to Vilniaus street. According to V.Viešūnaitė, the old facilities were uncomfortable because they were located on 4 floors. Also, with a slight increase in team size, everyone had a hard time adjusting, so they moved to a larger office.
“We moved from 350 sq. M. m 522 square meters. m of office space. The team has increased a bit, people are freer, there is no need to accommodate a lot in an office. Also, we moved to a larger office with the idea that we will grow in the future, ”he said.

The interior of this office was created by Nerija Sabaliauskienė, whose paintings also decorate the premises.
The office consists of two parts: a representative one for meetings with clients and another dedicated to employees.

The former has several larger meeting rooms and smaller chat rooms. The second is more similar to a standard office, dominated by a system of glass cabinets and doors. It is true that some attorneys enter your office through an impressive solid wood door.

At the back of the office, there is a space for employees, from which there are balconies overlooking the streets of Vilnius and Iceland.

According to V.Viešūnaitė, this office became a real challenge to install.
“For example, we could choose only such and different wall colors, of course, the moldings are inviolable, the nails will not drive into the wall without permission. We could not divide the large spaces because we did not allow the construction of partitions, the room had to stay as is. We could not even replace the lamps with others, “he said.
The law firm is housed in a 19th-century building, which was granted state-protected object status in 2005.

So why did you choose rooms that cause a lot of headaches? V.Viešūnaitė explained that the company was seeking exclusivity.
“We didn’t want to move to a standard office, we needed the facilities to be unique and we found them. There aren’t many rooms in the old town where you feel like it’s yours. And all those glass offices are the same, and it is very difficult to get something different from them ”, she is convinced.

How did you manage to adapt to the new reality and work from home? V.Viešūnaitė said that she was a bit surprised that the transition went smoothly. All it took was grabbing a computer, headphones, a mouse, and working from home.
“There were no outages, so we couldn’t connect to the database. Everything went the same, just at home. We had no rest. Of course, the meetings have been done through Zoom. Only then will you be able to appreciate that everything is so orderly that you pick up the computer and the work continues “, – 15 minutes she assured.
