People were surprised by the order of the manager of the house “Mi Vivienda” to pay such sums here and now, and some people gave away the last money of the pension for fear of dealing with a debt collection company.

The property manager indicates that he has repaired the electrical installation and the panel. The house aide says it was necessary to replace the aluminum cables because they supposedly posed a fire threat.

Residents of the house say that such work was not coordinated with them, no contractor was selected, they simply learned everything after the fact, and the invoices received were impressive. The total amount is 9349.58 Eur.
“135.44 Eur without VAT for the replacement of the electric cable, I have to pay it all once. It was a shock, ”says a resident of a retirement home.

These sums were paid by the majority of the population for fear of being disconnected from the electricity and having to pay for the connection again.

Among other things, the works were announced later than they were finished. The job was announced on April 16 and the notice indicates that the job was completed on April 9. True, the residents of the house are waiting for other repairs.

“The reports section says that we are waiting for the repair of the facade, it will cost 954 Eur plus the work. Mano Būstas is already prepared for such situations and has its own subsidiary Skolos lt, which is dedicated to recovering money from those defaulted residents. These jobs are done illegally. We haven’t seen any estimates, the photos have been taken, but my mother’s 20-year-old Nokia probably takes better photos than she uploaded. An act has been formed, but the most I have seen is only the signature of one person ”, the neighbor resented.

We can understand the population, but we don’t understand the actions of the administrator, what is being done here, because usury is seen with the naked eye on a white day. In this case, there seems to be a description cyclical work: not necessary, but the population is burdened with additional taxes.

We see that the administrator has violated the necessary rules to inform the population, that is, three days before any work on billboards is done, all the information must be posted. Nothing was done. We requested information so that everything was provided by the administrator, who was interviewed, at what prices. After all, you have to justify whether the work was really necessary. Here, residents have the highest suspicion that those jobs weren’t necessary and were simply invented from the air. Unfortunately, we still have cases in which the administrators abuse their rights and usurp us while they manage the house, ”says the deputy mayor.

What the City Council can do in this case is to impose a fine of several tens of euros on the director of the administrator for non-compliance with the regulations.

“It is more beneficial for them to falsify such things than to act orderly. We constantly write fines to administrators, but we can clearly see that this is not working. We hope that the Seimas will take the initiative to give municipalities the right to adequately supervise those administrators. The maximum penalty would be to remove them from the list of managed companies if they contribute. It means losing business.
