However, with the growing demand for services and the launch of a new vehicle owner accounting system, there have been people who have filled vacancies abusively and fictitiously, leaving no opportunity for anyone to sign up. Therefore, this was one of the reasons why the customer service procedure was modified and it was possible to receive services without prior registration.

“We listen to customers and make decisions for them to receive services more conveniently. Therefore, our goal is to manage ‘live’ queues at units more efficiently and allow residents to plan their visit in advance. We had to prepare for this and already this week we changed the pre-registration processes and implemented them in the system. We hope that this way we avoid abuses and the possible occupation of fictitious places and create equal conditions for all clients to use the pre-registration service “, says Saulius Šuminas, Deputy CEO of Regitra, Acting CEO.

From now on, you must confirm your visit by entering the code received

From now on, the personal identification in the pre-registration will be based on the mobile phone number provided by the client. In other words, the person will receive a special code on it, which will have to be entered into the system within the prescribed time for the registration to be confirmed successfully.

There is also a maximum number of reservations: 1 reservation per day (3 per week) for individuals and 3 reservations per day (9 per week) for legal persons.

Regitra draws the attention of customers to the fact that when registering for a visit, it is very important to provide all the necessary and correct data, which must coincide with the name of the person who arrives: name and surname or company name, email . mail, mobile phone number, service, unit, date and time, and depending on the service selected, you may need to provide the vehicle’s VIN code or state registration number.

Failure to provide all the exact details required or establish that obviously inaccurate details have been provided will result in cancellation of the reservation at least 3 hours before the estimated time of arrival. People will be notified by email. by mail or phone number.

“It just came to our notice then. In the first few days, we will monitor and analyze the results, and then we will take other measures. As you know, we currently serve mostly unregistered customers at the branches, so our plan is to gradually increase the number of places in pre-registration, so that customers can get the necessary services at a more convenient time and not have to wait in a “live” line. We also plan to open a pre-registration program for a longer period, not two weeks, ”says S Šuminas.

Business customers can submit requests faster and in large quantities

Regitra also aims to further accelerate business customer service. This week, an additional channel was created for them to receive services: the Web Service. It will allow business customers to file vehicle acquisition and transfer declarations more quickly and conveniently by automated means, that is, in large quantities at a time, without having to go to the branches. This is relevant for representatives of vehicle manufacturers, owners of large fleets (eg banks, leasing companies).

“We understand that companies have a large number of vehicles at their disposal, so we are looking for ways to simplify the process of receiving service for them. The online service will allow us to link the system used by the company, which collects vehicle data, with ours. In this way we will receive the information automatically and we can provide the fastest service. We believe this will contribute to both reducing queues in our departments and optimizing employee tasks, as it will not be necessary to enter data for each vehicle manually. We plan to expand this service in the future and thus make our activities even more efficient in serving customers, ”says a Regitra representative.
