The real estate developer Realco is building a new office building near the capital, Avda. Konstitucijos. plans to start in 2021. The company will invest 70 million in it. EUR.

On Monday, Realco announced the planned project of the Hero building on Lvovo Street. The buildings are 27,000 m2. An area of ​​800 m2 will be allocated to offices of 800 m2. m – for catering services, commerce and other businesses.

397 parking spaces are planned in the underground storage room and another 63 close to the building.

The building is expected to be certified according to the international WELL and BREAAM systems.

“Following trends and evaluating the current situation, we understand that there is no longer a comfortable workplace for office workers and a certificate of energy efficiency and sustainability of the building for companies. We are clearly paying more attention to the well-being of those who work in offices, as well as those who visit them and those who live nearby. The building will integrate at least 23 more solutions that are necessary to obtain the WELL certification. After the approval of the project proposals, they will be planned detailing the technical design and evaluated by an international institute ”, said Julius Dovidonis, CEO of Realco.

The development of the territory is planned by the group company Sostinės bokštai, which it will manage in 2018. It acquired more than 7,400 square meters. m commercial building with a 75-acre state-owned leased lot.

WELL certified buildings are evaluated according to health impact and changes. Currently, there are no certified buildings in Lithuania under this system.
