What would change?
According to the quarantine restriction change plan approved by the government last week, Scenario C is divided into three parts: C3, C2 and C1.
The C2 quarantine scenario mentioned by the Prime Minister is defined as follows: 150-200 cases per 100 thousand. population within 14 days, the proportion of positive studies – from 4 to 10 percent.

Movement of people within the country
It is specified that the measures for the movement of people should be applied at the municipal level according to the morbidity indicators of each municipality and / or at the national level, respectively.

Health activities
There would continue to be a return to the provision of scheduled inpatient services, taking into account COVID-19 beds released.
Education
As already announced, primary school children should be the first to return to schools.
The plan establishes that primary education is organized jointly or in contact, ensuring the requirements and evidence of the Operations Manager’s decisions and vaccinating educators as a matter of priority.
Preschool and preschool education would be carried out under all conditions established by the Operations Manager, in the usual way.
